    Works Here,
    Unity 2020.3, Quest 2, Amazon Cable 5m 20€
    NB : I did not need to disable vulkan

    For me the problem was the Unity version. I followed all the steps of all the tutorials in detail and nothing worked. I then switched back from version 2021.2.0 to 2021.1.13, followed exactly the same steps and everything works fine. Maybe this helps someone.
