Had the same issue just now, fixed already. There was a problem that I manually deleted the folder from the previous Unity Hub yet the line in Apps and Features and system register remained, and the newly installed version of Unity Hub checked for it but wasn't been able to find the folder and exited with an error. You may download the previous version as the other guys suggested or manually delete the line which represents info about Unity Hub being ever installed in a register. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ve-programs-from-the-add-remove-programs-list Use search with "unity" keyword then delete it. You can install any version afterward.
