Getting Editor User Information

I am looking for an editor API where I can receive the editor user's email address and organization information such as the user's role. This will be used to determine access to certain tools and sub sections of tools within the project.

Does anyone know what library would be best for obtaining this information? I haven't been able to find anything of use aside from getting Environment.UserName.

A few complete wild guesses here. I really have no idea, other than I'm sure the Unity API doesn't itself provide any of this. I have no idea if Mono actually implements these either.
