I am receiving the following error in the development console: event has already in the list
After receiving this error the application crashes.
There doesn't seem to be anything useful in the output logs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone? I can upload the crash report if it would help. I just have not been able to find any information on that error.

Well first of all you didn't use the subject tag for UNet... (Unity Multiplayer). Secondly, you'll need to supply a lot more information than just saying "event has already in the list".
What were you doing when it crashed?
What changes did you make between the last time you hit "Play" and the time it crashed?

That's the problem. I do not know. I have a large code base, and the crash happens usually when about 10+ players are connected to the server. I do not know what is causing it. I have not been able to consistently reproduce the error. The only thing I know is I get that message right before the crash.

I have only gotten the crash once with fewer players than that, I believe it was 3-4. Given that, it's difficult to determine what the cause is, and there is no information out there whatsoever about that message.

Have you submitted a crash report?

I have been able to reproduce this semi-consistently now. It happens when a client exits the game. Not every time, but sometimes. Does anyone have any thoughts of what it could be?

It seems to be an issue with the State Update QoS channel. I changed it to Reliable Sequenced and I haven't had the crash happen again yet.

I'm seeing this crash too. Happens occasionally when a player drops out, a bunch of the "Event has already in the list" errors in the output log file followed by a full on crash. We're currently running Unity 5.3.3p1

EDIT: Turns out we ARE using the Reliable State Update channel. Will see if we can switch it.

That change seems to have fixed things for us, and according to the Unity patch notes they have fixed this bug in 5.3.3p2.
