GetThreadContext failed with unknown reason

    Hi, I am running exes built by Unity 2017.4.3f1, together with ML-Agents 0.11.0.
    I launched 9 processes of that exe through python multiprocess lib. Then, these processes crashed successively one by one with interval of around 1 or 2 hours. Windows 10 (1909) popped the Error of `GetThreadContext failed`, and generated dirs with dump file and log file. The log file is attached as `error.txt`.
    Other versions of win10 (such as 1803) just crash without any prompt.

    I have no any clue of this problem, please help me.
