I finally found a way to get rid of the annoying default inline brackets when you create a new c# file from within Unity:

This technique will not survive an update and if you aren't confident in what you are doing don't alter these files or you could make it hard to create new scripts from within Unity.

I would need an option to line up the brackets properly.

Seems there are not only males developing for Unity ;). I admire women who utilize logic as it is rarely seen. Kudos for that and thanks for the contribution. Seems handy. I will look to add all possible messages sent by Unity as option.

yes. I also prefer Allman style but adding this as option would bloat the script and cause indentation-inconsitency within a project. so it should be "hardcoded".

Haha funny! This IS properly ;)

But if you want the other alignment then it would be pretty easy to add this...

I have added this option for you "Place braces on new line" :)

I also tidied up the template generator classes a little.
