Generic to Humanoid is not correct

    I don't know what to do, i've tried everything about it, I haven't been able to solve it for a month, don't in link do anything because I've probably already seen a real solution I'm looking for.

    why the F*** is this S*** no good??? of course, even running the animation is not correct. and I want to use the animation with a different character, which is the same character as a different import. Same character only 2 import, of course the rig is different, rotation scale position. No does not help "copy from other avatar" , setting the same position on the rig does not help......
