Generating .sln have no Monodevelop

    How to generate .sln i have no monodvelop, there is no for my distro and they removed flatpak one so wtf?
    I tryed puting in Perferance ->External Tools -> External script editor
    xbuild, msbuild, code-oss , mono
    dident work

    WTF TO DO?
    and no i wont install stupit Windows
