    I would like to create a "scan" of my entire scene and present it to the player as sort of a Strategy Map. The the picture below.

    I have a shader that does the trick, I just need a mesh. Is there a way I could make a mesh of my scene? Not just the terrain but buildings and whatever else.

    if you already have the scene, combine all objects as one single mesh (no need for the very small ones but it depends on you how much detail you want).
    Then re-scale the "map" it in the place you want it to be and last, apply the material with the shader you have :D

    @Nakel How would I go about that? Just a mesh combiner tool and get rid of all the mesh renderers?

    You can always search for those keywords in the asset store "mesh combiner"
    --->This ones are free!
    or you can try to make it yourself watching a youtube video (if you really want to dig deep into):

    you can always search for anything on google or look up in GitHub.

    But in general combining meshes is a good practice to improve performance on your project :)
