generate procedural map with gps or picture

Since some day I search generated a map with the smartphone gps coordinates or with a photo
It is a fps game

Will you know an asset or other?

With a photo I already a little idea of the procedure

 

i would use some plugin like,

it only helps me half because I will use my own mapbox model does not allow this.
