gear vr build from unity 2017.3

i'd like to do an 'android' build for Gear VR with a simple 360° video i've created in unity. i don't need to publish it, just download it to a phone so i can show clients on a one-to-one basis. does anyone have a link to a straight forward and concise tutorial on how to do this? i'm also on windows 7 and wonder if this is a problem?
