Gaps between planes and other objects, need help

    Soo I have a problem I have made few modular walls but when I snap them to each other using vertex snap I can see like a flickering gap between them, at first I thought so maybe that's a problem with my models, but then I tried the default planes and the same thing is still happening. I'll include screenshots.
