Anyone out there using GameSparks for their backend?

Any of those people having trouble getting any responses from their forums and/or their support staff?

Thanks for the reply. That eases some of my fears, lol.

When you release a new change, is there any issue with keeping the stats from the old release? I don't want to loose any leaderboards or users.

I'm guessing that I am just searching the forums for the wrong words.

The only loss of data that can happen would be from bad code from your part. The system is very safe out of the box.
It is easy to roll back to previous version of code and/or configuration.

so if I put out a new version of the backend, then the prod data is automatically copied over upon release? I only have one release out. I am hoping that i am just being paranoid.

Configuration and Meta Collection are copied over. Runtime Collection stays the same - that is where you keep your players data.

(unless you are using the new Data Service system - I have no clue how it works)
