Other Games developed with Unity freezes completely my Windows 11

Hello all,
I've this problem with Windows 11 22H2, it happens with every game which runs Unity Engine.

I've experimented hard crash/freezes with the following titles:

Farthest Frontier
Captain of Industries
Disney Dreamlight Valley

This is occurring at random times, sometimes after ten minutes and sometimes after 3hours of gameplay. It's not happening on Windows10 21H1 with the same hardware.
The main problem is that the OS freezes completely, you can listen to the background music but all is frozen like a snapshot. System is totally unresponsive, it's impossibile to launch task manager, Alt-f4 doesn't work, forcing the shutdown of the system with the power button too. So, no logs neither warning/error popups, only thing to do is to do a power cycle with the power button pressed for 4 seconds.

Every other game works perfectly, never had a crash/bsod like those. I've tried to reset the system too, it's always the same story.
There is a way to collect logs for unity in an unresponsive situation like this one?
