GameRoom game not showing in search and inconsistent behavior via direct link

Hi,
We've built a game with Unity and published it through GameRoom. Currently the game has passed review and is live:
However it doesn't come up in search results:
What is more concerning is that even through the direct link to a game different users have different experience.
For example one person reported that the button to install or get the game through Gameroom is not available after opening the direct link:
Can anyone help us with this?
