Game view is unnecessarily slow

    The Unity game view stats say I have a good frame rate but it is very slow when I run it. I built the game to see if it was a problem with that but it was just fine then and I can't seem to find a solution no matter where I look. Any quick suggestions for this would be appreciated.

    As you can see the frame rate is clearly ok but when I move my mouse it is very slow and I have no idea why it happens as the game is clearly not good enough to cause performance issues.
