Game Play Mode

OK, I mean the tittle can get collider when I removed the collider , the user also can hit tittle

 

Ok that's weird, I didn't know things could collide without a collider... can you post screenshots of what happens? or on the title settings (in the inspector)?
Or - do you possibly mean that you want the title on the GUI layer??

I find it a bit difficult to think of a solution as I don't really understand where the problem lies :/

You probably need to put your GUI elements on a dedicated layer, and raycast against all other layers (ignoring the GUI layer). You can also go into physics settings and ensure that the GUI layer does not collide with any other layers. (note: do both of these things, not one or the other).
