Game performance spikes - Profiler (Android) Graphics.PresentAndSync 80% ?

    Maybe is a dumb question, but in 2 weeks I didnt find how to fix it yet....
    Got 1 SetPass call, 0 shadow caster, 3 objects in the scene, 1 light and there is 1 atlas texture 512x512. Fully optimized I hope/guess, but 20fps. When I build the game and run it on my android (galaxy S4) I see on profiler "Graphics.PresentAndSync ----> device.present" with 80% mobile usage. How can I fix it ? It seems well optimized...
    Quality settings "no shadows, blend weights 1 bone, lod bias 0.4, lod 0, raycast budget 4, AA disabled"
    Tried to change VSync, same result. :(
