Game not working on some devices after relase

    hello I've released a game called portals on the play store and i've got so many reviews that the game is not working at all and I tired the game game on multipule devices and it worked just fine . I don't know how to fix the problem some of them tell me that there is no game just a black screen and like this.

    The settings below have all caused black screens for us in the past, but it was a while ago, so maybe it's not relevant now.

    • Vulkan enabled.
    • Blit setting set to never.
    • Graphics Jobs enabled.
    Also, are you using OBB files? The downloader + permissions can cause black screens as well.

    I have the same problem with my Google Cardboard games. What Unity version do you use?
