Game Name help

Hi, I’m creating a game where you rent out houses (idle clicker style), and could use some help coming up with a name.

The space gets rented, tenants leave early, don’t pay rent, get evicted, the place gets re-listed, re-rented and that’s the loop.

I’ve tried creating lists of names to generate some inspiration etc.. but nothing sounds catchy or cool any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably too much, but I would make the theme Ant-related (anthropomorphized ants renting property) and call it

If something simple like "Landlord" "Property Manager" etc is available I'd just do that. Have a fun font and logo to grab eyes but if its easy name to remember that is probably good.

 

Look, what do you call someone who doesnt pay child support, or bills?... Dead Beat. So wrap your name around that.

Dead Beat Dregs, Dead Beat Freeloaders, etc., convey the content of the game...

 

'Slum Lord Simulator' or anything that regards property investors as the blight of this Earth.

That'd be sure to rile some jimmies, and any press is good press, aye?
