Game Key Generator

    I have a game about ready. I want to have players activate their game with a key. I want to provide a download link, but you can't play it unless you get a randomly generated key or something like that.

    Does anybody know how to set this up?

    I assume Steam has their own activation program?

    Yeah, Steam (and a couple of other distributors) have their own solutions for this. Note that Steam handles DRM without the need to manually enter a key, and that keys don't really offer any copy protection per se unless they are used for online activation, or get attached to an account that is clearly linked to a single person.
