    LOL I'm a humble shoestring indie game developer and can't afford a high profile HBO series that just seems to be about families all fighting, scheming and mating for supremacy.

    Yeah don't take my post too serious. People who watch GoT, understand that meme. It's fine too, if you don't watch it.

    I like the idea of your contest btw.

    hmm thats a really good idea! thanks for the inspiration,
    ive been struggling for a bit, to think of a quick and simple, but still cool and appealing to myself design...
    i come up with different simple ideas but they seem too lame

    but dioramas are hella cool

    Yeah - those are really great looking. Every time I want to feel humbled I just pop on over to polycount, artstation or cgtalk and browse around.
    Seriously some of the best artists in the industry, from all specialties.

    Update I've contacted the nice people at CastAR and they have expressed an interest in how the jam goes.

    CastAR are building an AR board gaming system for the masses.

    Well more like this...

    CastAR -> http://www.castar.com/

    So far 13 people have 'joined' the jam come on down and try your hand at a board game diorama and see if you can interest CastAR in your game idea?

    Or you could try a 'low poly' voxel diorama style.
