Game Idea Need Developers

I'm looking for some people to work on a game with. I cannot offer payment right now, or potentially ever so if you were looking for that leave right now. This is the main idea: I have an idea for a game that could be developed. I'm hoping for it to eventually put up on Steam Greenlight, most likely for free. The game entails players can run around a simple, open world map with various towns to loot and various areas around the world that you can scavenge. The point of the game is to create or join a faction, like a team with friends, and battle other factions to gain levels, and eventually work your way up to the coolest gear and the most powerful faction.What I need most for this job are talented or mediocre artists for various assets, as well as some advanced programmers that could add to the ideas and work on different parts of the game.

 

The fact that you cannot post in the correct forum does not bode well for managing a team.
