Game Freezes when Navmesh Obstacle with 'Carve' deleted

    I start use a Navmesh navigation and really enjoyed of it, but have a trouble with dynamic objects in a game. When i added (not so important) and delete (!!!!) game objects with Navmesh Obstacle from scene game freezes for a second which is really bad for any game..
    I understand that this happened because of change navmesh terrain but maybe there is some methods which i can use to avoid this problem (even if deleted obstacle will not so fast)?
