    I have $1000 total budget so i can possible someone can develop video game for me.if yes what type of video game will be

    How far do you think $1000 will get you? Maybe a reskin of something

    Try posting in the comercial section. You don't get much for 1000. You are basically looking at a cheap reskin of an existing game.

    Or go to the learn section and learn to do it yourself.

    For 1k I could provide a half day of consultation followed by summary report with suggestions and proposed development plan with budget and short list of developers who might be interested in your project. ;)

    Aside from that, as mentioned above, you'll need to post a detailed description of what you are looking for in the commercial section of this site.
