    Hi All,

I'm trying to gather up all the courses, workshops (online or not) and Top books on Game Design. Mostly video games (Table top optional).

I'd really appreciate if everybody can contribute to this. I'm particularly interested in hands on/ online workshops.

    The list:

Online course (video and multimedia based)

    1. Lewis Pulsipher has some good courses in Udemy (bit oriented towards Tabletop)
      https://www.udemy.com/courses/search/?q=lewis+pulsipher&src=sac&kw=lewis&lang=en

    Books
    1. The Art of Game Design - Schell
    2. Agile Game Development with Scrum - Keith
    3. The Mythical Man Month - Brooks
    4. Game Mechanics : Advanced Game Design - Adams
    5. Designing the User Experience of Game Development Tools- David Lightbown
The David author works inside Ubisoft as a user experience director. It is a very official and popular book.
    6. Game Design Workshop -Tracy Fullerton
A decent book, but especially good for classes and workshops because it's designed around exercises.
    7. Level Up! The Guide to Great Video Game Design - Scott Rogers
Excellent, practical, hands-on book on game design that's also a fun and enter
Video tuts on Youtube and similar sites

    Thanks. These resources are invaluable.

Does anybody ever attended a one-to-one game design workshop kinda thing. Or in University or school?

    Will you share the experience?
