Game camera goes white when i press it in the the hirochy Help!

Whenever i press on the camera in the hirockey to change some settings the game / scene view turn completely white and the only way to solve this that i found was to control z but then the settings that ive changed on the camera dont stay.
This has only happened on my hdrp project btw. Only the scene and game view turns white tho not the entire screen.
