I want to plant the seed for a video game with a somewhat unique angle. I would like to build a game simply on the premise of waves and audio effects as a mechanic. Perhaps movement and game play is tied to interesting sounds, or perhaps the gameplay uses sound synth techniques as part of the reward system or experience. I haven't learned the basics of unity, but I'm curious how this might play out, or how to pull this off.

I made this for a school project a while ago, perhaps it could be a source of inspiration? :)

Really just an open source prototype, but has a lot of the concepts you mention.
