Game ads just died.

Hello, i have to games build in Unity 4. lately i noticed that the impressions went to 0 even tho both games have around 15k to 20k active devices. Any idea what's happening

Not sure haven't updated the games since oct 2019. so propably is a version of that time.

 

Do you have the game installed on a device and can access the device log to see which SDK version it is? Unfortunately I cannot see it easily from our dashboards.

Okay i checked the Unity Ads version and its Unity Ads 1.3.6

 

Thanks for info. We have deprecated support for Unity Ads SDK 1.x. I'll figure out which SDK version you can use with Unity 4.x

You should be able to use Ads SDK 2.3 with Unity 4.x: http://cdn.unityads.unity3d.com/unitypackage/2.3.0/UnityAds.unitypackage

Thank you, i'm gonna try it.

 

I get an error "Error while importing package: Package has unknown format" My unity version is 4.5.4f1

 

Updating to 4.7.2 didnt fix it.
