Okay, I bought it and downloaded it. It didn't work. I had the "unexpected end of file" and I only have textures, no models.

I am willing to send you my receipt if you would please send me the fixed zip file.

Just wanted to come here and say that @Gajatix-Software responded promptly to me yesterday. I have the asset and am playing with it.

It is a set of very nice modular meshes you can use to build the final product. Part of me wishes I had a demo of the end result as it is easier to rebuild that way, but on the other hand, I will end up with something custom instead so that might be better. He does include some great pictures. I tend to customize assets I buy and this is very easy to work with both in Unity and in Maya.

The meshes are nice and clean, and could be useful for building other structures as well. Textures are good and work well with Alloy, which is what I am using but are nice with Standard shader as well. He includes all the texture maps for PBR.

I will post a picture when I finish. I am very happy with this product and looking at others for the future.
