Funny Blunders!

    I'm sure something similar has happened to almost everybody out there, but I wanted to share two of my recent blunders that literally made me laugh (or curse) out loud when I found the problem:

    1. While writing the code to display the score, using the ToString() code. Two and a half days of pulling what's left of my hair out. Opening blank scenes, starting new projects, retyping the code from scratch......Nothing seemed to work! Finally, I found it:
    [SerializeField] TextMeshProGUI scoreText;
    I'm so used to saying GUI, that I forgot to type in the letter 'U' to get:
    [SerializeField] TextMeshProUGUI scoreText;

    2. While generating Waypoints, I couldn't figure out why nothing was coming up on the screen. I changed the Order in Layer. I changed the Waypoint icon, I chose a different Sprite for an icon. WTH??
    Then it dawned on me! I had the 3D Icons Slider under Gizmos all the way to the left. UGH!!

    I thought I'd share those in hopes it helps anyone. Sometimes it's not the coding that causes us trouble, it's the simple things. ;)

    We've all been there! This would make a funny sub forum topic, I'm sure there are some epic ones out there, I might have one or two myself.
