Funnel missing data

    When we set up a funnel, the data seems not to be collected correctly. Is the funnel only collecting the data after it has been set up? If the order is: user triggers one event -> set up a funnel -> the same user triggers the same event, will this event be shown in this trigger?

    Hi @chouchangke525,

    Yes, funnels only will with data sent after they have been created. If a user triggers one event, then you create a funnel, then they trigger that event again, then they should be added to the first step of the funnel granted that the event that they triggered had all of the necessary properties to enter the first step of the funnel.
