Audio FSBTool ERROR: Could not find encoder library 'libvorbis64.dll'

    FSBTool ERROR: Could not find encoder library 'libvorbis64.dll', please copy it from the FMOD SDK to the application directory.

    I got this message every time when I import any type of audio in 2018.3.8f1 (mp3, ogg, wav... ) I tried reimport using notepad, updating c++ 2010, .net and DirectX. I used Audacity, replaced dlls in the FSB tools. nothing changed. I'd appreciate if you could help me.

    You need to copy these files fromt the FSB Tools folder to your Editor folder where the other DLLs are stored.
