It is just the standard shader. But you can change it to what ever suits your project.

Hi, I just bought your mega pack, its just what I was looking for my RPG game!

Now, I have a request, can you make a another weapon pack with arrows + bows?
That is a common weapon type that is missing in your packs.

Also that building block pack you posted could be interesting if it had more things.

But the "land" are editable or only just a preset shape?
There are a bunch of preset shapes. Writing a bit of code to get editable or even procedural "slabs" in the same style should be trivial though.

Pros:
Good variety of pre-built shapes.
Art style is consistent ( and, to my subjective taste, nice and clean ).

Negative:
Pack structure is entirely disorganized. [ Not such a big deal but land slabs could go into their own folder. Same for vegetation, rocks, etc .]
Could of used more example scenes to showcase mood lighting, etc.
Example scene could of had some better grouping ( aka, each "island" in its own group )


Overall:
A good purchase that I see myself using for various prototypes.

Wishful thinking:
Could use some shrubbery. Nothing much in-between "grass" and "foliage".
