Bug Fresh Install: Sign In and Create account do not work

    Fresh install of 2021.2.11 (Hub 3.0.1)

    New Macbook Pro M1 Max on macOS 12.2.1

    I have tried a fresh Unity install in a number of ways:

    • Install Unity Hub first
    • Install installer and install everything from there

    Both of these lead to the same problem: when Unity Hub launches, both the Sign in button and the Create account link simply do nothing. Nada. Therefore I'm unable to use it at all.

    I can get to the preferences pane by trying to run the Unity.app, and in there the Sign in link has the same problem.

    Furthermore, in the Add New License screen, the Get a free personal license option is greyed out.
