Sine a few months I am working on "FreeStyler". It's kind of a drone simulator, but just for freestyle FPV flying, which I do with a colleague in our spare time, with real drones. For training purposes we wanted a simulator which we can fit to our needs. This is what I came up with:

I am trying to release the game until the end of the year, since there's a lot of work left and I am the only one who's working on it.

    Any comments are appreciated.

Nice idea/project, especially if you don't wanna buy new drone after each destroying in real life :D
Did you try to recreate real location(where you are training) in unity?...maybe with photogrametry?
How do you deal with flying model? are those results according your expectations? what controller are you using?..is it similar to real one?
Can you tell us more about the equipment(glasses, drone it self, bateries, controller...)?
I like the menu and overall design, it lookes almost finished. ;)

Yes, that's exactly what I am doing in the current phase.

Initially the code is from a package called "Drone FPV Controller", I have reworked the most parts and currently am developing a realistic PID Controller component with the help of an expert. If everything works as expected, we are going to integrate Betaflight.

As controllers a simple gamepad or the Taranis Q-X7 are implemented. The last one is the most popular controller for drones.
