Freelook camera makes my controller run in weird direction

    I'm using Cinemachine freelook camera for my third person controller (based on standard assets controller).
    My camera looks a bit on the side of the character, like from her right shoulder. upload_2020-1-12_12-30-52.png
    I'm using Screen X value set to 0.4 to achieve this position. And also I'm using world space binding mode.
    So, the problem is that when she starts running, she runs a little bit to the right side. Like I'm looking directly forward, but the runs like 10 degrees on the right. I did not have such a problem on my own camera, so this is not a controller problem, but a freelook camera problem.

    As you can see, I'm looking directly forward.

    Try instead to set the screen X/Y to 0 and use the CinemachineCamera Offset extension to make the over-the-shoulder offset.
