    Hey there!

I have a question, first of all let me apologize if this is not the way or place to do it, i am new in this world and I am pretty lost...

All right then, lets see the next situation:

1 - Someone ask for a game, to develop a game. (Lest Call it "Person A" )
2 - Then, I make a game, in a free licence of Unity 3D, a game for a PC, and maybe WEB.
3 - Then, The Person A, Pays me (like a job or something) for that game I already made.
    >> First Question: "Will have I a Problem in a future like a Legally one or something, for selling that?"
4 - Then Lets suppose that I sell the Game to Person A, fine!
5 - The Person A, after that, decides to show or sell or something the game like a project to a School, like a Educative Project for example...
    >> Second Question: "Will they have a problem, after they Re-buy that game I made in the Unity 3D with Free Licence ?

I really wanna know if I could sell (locally) the games I made with free licence of Unity, and for example post it in Google Play Store or something... Please guide me, give me some information about that, I really need it, and don't know where to ask, give a recommendation about it...

    Thanks you!

As far as I can tell Unity Free can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

You can sell your Unity games. If you're making a game on contract for somebody, you have to clear it with them if you want to re-publish it elsewhere.

You can use the free license to make a game and sell it to anyone as long as the license holder (you or your company in this scenario) is earning <$100k. When you sell the game you are really only giving away publishing rights.

When you sell the game it's up to you to include something in the contract about re-selling.

You can target lots of platforms with Unity free and put them on many stores, again as long as you are under the 100k barrier. Remember that these games with Unity free will have the splash screen so bear that in mind, the company may not want that before the game, try work a license fee into the contract.

That is $100k per year, to be precise.

It does not just refer to your income from selling games made with Unity, but to your (or your company's) total income per year, as far as I know. But yeah, it's at 100,000 $ per year.
