"Free Hand" and "Rotate Branch" tree tools not working.

    Hi! I'm trying to create some trees, and I'm using Unity's tree tool. I can move each "spine" freely, but whenever I try to use the rotate or the free hand tools, they just don't work. I've updated Unity to 2017.3.0f3 but it's still not working. Any suggestion?
