Unfortunately there are two things that makes the Android version better.
First, Unity doesn't offer any time based vibration support for iOS devices. So vibration is disabled which makes the game more difficult to play compare to the Android version where the game gives a soft vibration every time the player selects an item.
Secondly, using Unity Google Play Services, iPhone users Google profile will always be private.
In this game it means that your high score will not be shown for other users unless you make your profile public using googles magic link (and wait 24 hours).

Otherwise there is no magical difference running the game on an iOS device compare to Android, the versions are very much the same.
