Afraid not, only works with the built-in renderer.

Does Amplify Color allow us to convert a .cube file automatically to a PNG that we can use with URP?
That would be an amazing feature.

Or is it perhaps already included?

Can't get this or the LUT pack to work in any way with HDRP in 2020.3

Does not work in HDRP, only Built-in and URP.

Would this work to get a ACES filmic tonemapping in VR? I have tried the post process stack 3.1 and it does not work in VR

Hard to tell, this has not been tested in conjunction with PPS 3.1. Amplify Color already does its Tone Mapping pass; please keep in mind that this is a deprecated tool used before PPS was a thing.

No, what I meant was if I can use this INSTEAD of PPS to get filmic tonemapping

If it works on your current Unity version, you can get Filmic Tonemapping(improved/lighter compared to the old Unity image effect pre-pps).

Hi, how do I get this to work in URP exactly? Works fine for me with the built-in renderer. Thanks in advance.

Hey @BioBurden, I imagine that this post lead you to error. We do apologize for that incorrect information given by our end as Amplify Color is not compatible with any SRP.
Unfortunately, as stated over its Asset Store Page, this plugin is only compatible with the Builtin pipeline.

    Hey there!

If you got the bundle, you have the LUT Pack not Amplify Color. The LUT pack can actually be used in URP with the Unity Post Processing Stack, but not HDRP as the format is not compatible with the PPS LUT use.

To be more specific, Amplify Color is a free image effect and a separate package; however, this is an old extension that only supports the built-in renderer.

Is there any way to apply the color grading to a specific region of the camera only? I would like to follow an object on the screen who has the color changes of the LUT profile and with a small radius around him (fading out to the sides of the circle). Is there any way to do this with Amplify Color?

There's some flexibility there, you can use the Mask input to mask out specific objects. (regular texture, this can be a dynamic render texture)

Thanks for the response! Just to clarify: I have a Main camera in my scene, on which I directly add all effect / post layer effects / amplify coloring. How would I apply the Mask to just the Amplify Color component? Would I have to create a new Camera where just the amplify color would sit on? And I Mask that one?

    Hey no problem!

The Mask goes on your main Amplify Color component, it's just a regular texture.

If you want to isolate something that moves, or if your camera moves, you need to generate a mask texture based on your objects. Something like this could help: http://wiki.amplify.pt/index.php?title=Unity_Products:Amplify_Color/Masking

Please keep in mind that this plugin has been discontinued, I can't guarantee that this will still work on your current Unity version, use at your own risk.

Feel free to report any issues of course.
