Question Framerate to 90 in XR Interaction Toolkit?

    Hi, does anyone know how to set the framerate to 90 for the Oculus Quest with the XR Interaction Toolkit? I see that you can set the framerate to 90 with OVRManager options, do you need to install the Oculus Integration Tools to set the frame rate or is there a way to do this using just the XR Interaction Toolkit? Thx
