    Hello everyone,

This bug has been reported already but I'm wondering how come this hasn't been heavily discussed.
It concerns any build made with Unity 2019 and later.
In my case, it makes my game hardly playable. Not only the framerate is forced to 30fps, but it also slows everything down and breaks a lot of things. As if I was playing on a very cheap computer.

I'm surprised because I know a lot of you use multiple screen.
Anyone else had that issue ?
