Frame Debugger produces artifacts after upgrade from 2018.3.1 to 2018.3.9

    Hi!

    Didn't find a thread for this, so I opened one.

    Our team updated our Unity installations from 2018.3.1 to 2018.3.9.
    The frame debugger is pretty unusable now for our project.
    We got the issue on multiple PCs (so it doesn't look like a problem with my NVidia graphics card).

    The issue also seems to occur with a clean project with just "3D with extras" added.
    Though... I had to play around with the frame debugger for a while to make the problems show up.

    It only seems to happen with the game view open (maybe game + scene view helps
    to make the issue show up).

    edit: Problem is caused by dynamic batching:
