I'm happy to report that we're about to initiate a move in order to upgrade the forum server for increased speed and stability. Unfortunately during that move the forums will be unavailable for a period of time today. We're doing all we can to minimize the forum down time and expect everything to go smoothly.

The server upgrade and forum outage will begin at 11am CET today (yes, just over one hour from now) and we expect the forums to be fully operational no later than 1pm CET. In fact we think that the outage may be significantly shorter than that but we're leaving extra room just in case. :)

Thanks for your patience during all the recent forum glitches, this is the first in a series of steps to make the forums more robust, stable and ready for an influx of new users. Following this server upgrade we plan on upgrading the forum software, updating the email sent to new forum members, adding FAQs to each forum section and more. Stay tuned as we'll be rolling those other changes out soon!
