Feedback Forum bug: "Ignore" button does not have an effect

I received a PM from a newbie asking me for help, as happens on occasion (despite my signature), and so I told them to check my signature and clicked "Ignore" on their profile, as I do when this happens.

This apparently was the first such newbie oblivious enough to not realize that a giant "DO NOT PM ME WITH QUESTIONS" in my sig means I won't actually help them, and proceeded to ask their question anyway. A message which I received, despite having clicked "Ignore" on the user already.
