Question Forgot my API secret key

    Hi, colleagues!
    Did anyone have a case how to recover secret API key for their ad account? This key had shown only one time when you had firstly generated your API. I didn't save it, so can't create auto download creatives now. If someone do it, please share with me how! Thanks :)

    Hi, thanks for reaching out. However, due to security reasons, Unity admins don't have access to customers' API secret keys, but you can Regenerate and use a new key instead.

    Thanks for your reply!
    But I still have a problem: I've just regenerated the "common" API key but I couldn't get the "secret" one (I saw "secret key" only once: when the account was created for the first time)
