Hmm honestly, that was a feature that became deprecated
Hi @mcbauer Are you saying that you deprecated Wind Zones affecting your trees, or is Unity deprecating Wind Zones?
Looking at the asset description, i see "ForestVision Branch Animator implemented as a basic wind system that affects animation on branches. Wind control give you the ability to affect the distance each branch will rotate away from it's starting position, how quickly it will interpolate between those rotations, and the overall intensity of the animation."
- does that mean that we're meant to use the branch animator rather than using wind zones?
Branch animations was the first feature i developed before i learned how to fake it with shaders. I haven't messed with it in years, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work
