Bug For long string fields in the inspector, my selection clicks are offset from my mouse cursor

    This is a bit hard to explain, so here's a video (watch in 1080p, otherwise it's a bit hard to see):


    If I have a long string that's exposed in the inspector, my selection (caret placement) is offset to the right of where I actually clicked. This is no problem at the beginning of a line, but gets very noticeable at the end of a line. The problem "resets" once there's a new line.

    In the video, basically what you should pay attention to is where my mouse cursor is when I click compared to where the caret appears.

    You might want to consider just making a text file to hold the data, then in your script make one of these:

    Code (csharp):
    1. public TextAsset AllMyStrings;
    and drag the text file into that slot.

    It scales a lot better and you can set Unity up to include those text files in your Visual Studio / Ryder project for easy eding.
