Foot misalignment issue export from Maya 2019 to Unity 2018.3

    I am having problems with importing an animation from Maya. Mostly it works and the animation plays the same but one foot is always higher than the other:

    In fact, I noticed this is happening with all of my animations. The unusual thing is, the Tpose export works fine and the feet are matched up, but any animation and the feet end up as shown on the right in the picture. I toggled IK on and off and it doesn't change anything.

    Any idea what might be causing this?
